Refund policy

We handle missing pieces, returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy! 

RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns for up to 30 days from receipt of item. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you are responsible to cover the cost of shipping the return back to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us with proof of purchase to support@lostwalls.com.

MISSING PIECE PROMISE
Missing pieces happen from time to time and we feel your pain which is why we created the missing piece promise.

We are happy to mail you any missing piece within 60 days of receiving your puzzle if we still have that puzzle in stock. 

To request a missing piece we require proof of purchase and a photo of your completed puzzle. Simply email both to us at support@lostwalls.com
